Step 1: Please fill out this online form “GSA Enrollment Application” below if you are
interested in your child attending Garfield Scholars’ Academy.
Step 2: Someone from Garfield Scholars' Academy will contact you soon to
get more information or process your approval.
Step 3: Has your student already been accepted to GSA?
If so, click the “DOWNLOAD PDF - GSA ENROLLMENT FORM” button below,
print it out and email it to admin@garfieldeducation.org or return it in person to
